Diane's Bride Maddie & Lincoln

The only thing better than an October southern wedding ... is an October southern wedding with an Alabama BBQ reception. That is exactly what Diane's Bride Maddie and Lincoln chose for their beautiful October wedding at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. The picturesque landscape served as a beautiful backdrop to the beauty and forever-love captured in each priceless image of this bride and groom.

The Diane's DRESS!

Maddie wanted her bridal style to be classic and traditional, but also to capture a little whimsy and romance. To capture the classic bridal look with just a touch of uniqueness, she chose Sincerity by Justin Alexander Style #44264 as her wedding gown. The gown was so elegant and romantic and hugged all the right places. Her gown made her feel so beautiful and grand, and that is exactly how you should feel on your special day. Some said she looked like Princess Diana - and we completely agree!

Her Diane's Experience

"My wedding dress shopping experience at Diane's was amazing! The staff was so kind and pleasant.

All she did was ask me where my wedding was going to be and I showed her two photos - then she

picked out my dream dress. I still don't know how she did that! She said, "Honey, I've been doing this for 13 years." It was so much fun!"

Tell us about your Love!

My husband Lincoln and I met working at a summer camp when we were 19. It did not take us very long to fall in love with each other. We dated for about 3 years until he popped the question at Cheekwood in Nashville on April 2nd, 2022. We were sitting by the lake and talking about our future when he turned and got down on one knee with the most beautiful diamond ring in his hand. On our wedding day we made our vows surrounded by friends and family and my favorite flowers - hydrangeas! He loved my

wedding dress because it was beautiful and also very “me”.

The Wedding Day!

On our wedding day we did “first touch” because we didn’t want to see each other until I walked down the aisle, but still wanted a moment together. We read each other letters and held hands but he couldn’t see me. My bridesmaids and my mom prayed over me before I walked down the aisle with my dad. He cried when he first saw me and we promised to love each other til death do us part. I still remember the words spoken us that I cling to every day “What God has joined together, let no man separate!” Then there was drinking and dancing and a real Alabama barbecue.
